Summer Food Service Program The Summer Food Service Program provides nutritious meals to children through the age of 18 at participating Saint Paul Parks and Recreation sites. Meals are free and may include breakfast, lunch, supper or a snack and are served Monday — Friday from June 15 to August 28, 2009. To participate just show up!
